• Membership is valid for 12 months from purchase date.
• Benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing family/household.
• Signature event ticket includes admission for one child unless otherwise stated. Additional tickets or passes may be purchased separately.
• Pop-up event ticket valid for select Pixieland-hosted pop-up events only and excludes third-party ticketed collaborations unless specified.
• Early access means passholders receive priority registration before public release while availability lasts. Early access does not guarantee tickets to sold-out events.
• 10% booking discount applies to new party bookings only and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, nonprofit rates, or special packages.
• Discount applies to entertainment services only and does not apply to gratuity, travel fees, third-party vendors, merchandise, or add-ons unless stated otherwise.
• One free virtual message is included per membership year and must be redeemed during the active membership period.
• Membership perks and included events must be redeemed within the active membership period and do not roll over.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
