Vendor Application

The purpose of this event is to provide a perfect day for our Gluten Free community. Sip. Snack. Shop.

We're looking for gluten free bakers, food providers - sweet and savory. We're looking for vendors that are makers, collectors, and curators who provide a unique shopping experience. Community partners who offer services that help our guests live fuller, richer, more joyful lives are also welcome.

We're so glad you're interested in being a vendor at Perfect Day. Please answer the questions below. If approved, we'll send additional information including a link for the vendor fee.

Perfect Day will be on the Davidson Elementary School campus. There will be indoor space in the gym and outdoor space in the parking lot. We will also have access to an additional parking lot for parking and have access to the restrooms inside.

Indoor Vendor Fee: $75

Outdoor Vendor Fee: $55

If you're providing food/drinks (no alcohol per site rules), the items must all be gluten free. If you're providing services/other products, please make sure they do not contain gluten.

Our goal is to bring in 500 guests.
